No dosage adjustment required for mild to moderate renal impairment. Use with caution in severe renal disease.
Reduce dosage or extend dosing interval in patients with severe liver disease. Monitor liver function closely.
Standard dosages are appropriate. Monitor for side effects and drug interactions more closely.
Avoid in first trimester if possible. Use only if benefits outweigh risks. Consult healthcare provider.
